The A.C.T. Committee To Cap KPB Taxes (ACT-CAP) was formed to support a ballot proposition that will limit the Kenai Peninsula Borough’s ability to raise taxes without public support.

PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU CONTRIBUTE:

ACT-CAP may accept contributions in any form of payment from individuals or businesses without limitation. This includes corporations, unions, organizations, as well as individuals and organizations from outside Alaska.  At this time you do NOT have to give us your name and your contribution will NOT be reported to APOC. 

This policy will change after the initiative is certified and placed on the ballot, but NO contributions made prior to that time will be reported to APOC.  Contribute NOW and NOT be reported!
